Return Policy

Return Policy

(1) Satisfaction Guarantee:
All items carry a 7-day defective-replacement guarantee. Within the 7-day period, you may return the item for Replacement or Store Credit. We only offer Replacement or Store Credit, we do not refund payments or incurred shipping charges. No Returns Accepted after 7 days. In case of any disputes, customers are solely responsible for charge back and collection fee.

(2). Shipping:
Shipping charges are not refundable in any situation. The customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to xtreamgadgets.com, including defective products. Similar to a walk-in store, Best Buy will not send a driver or courier to your house to pick up a defective item you bought in their store. They will not reimburse you for your time and gas money spent to drive back to the store either. However, xtreamgadgets.com will use every good measure we have to ensure that you will be able to get the item replaced promptly with as little hassle as possible.

(3) Software:
Opened or Registered Software is not accepted for Replacement or Store Credit.

(4) Warranty:

A. PDAs, Power adapter and Batteries after 7-day returning guarantee.

  • Retail Package: 1 Year Warranty
  • OEM Package: 1 Year Warranty.
  • Demo Package: 90-Day Warranty.
  • Refurbished Package: 90-Day Warranty.
B. Other products after 7-day returning guarantee. We only 30 days warranty, or you can purchase our 1 year or 2 year replacement warranty

(5) Store Credit:
Store credit is issued in the form of xtreamgadgets Gift Certificate. Your Gift Certificate is issued electronically to your email. Selecting Gift Certificate as payment method and input the assigned Gift Certificate ID during check out will allow you to spend your store credit.

* We charge 10% restocking fee if customer return between 15-30 days.
* We charge 15% restocking fee if customer return product back to us over 30 days.
* We charge 25% restocking fee if customer return product back to us over 40 days.
* We charge 35% restocking fee if customer return product back to us over 60 days.
* We charge 45% restocking fee if customer return product back to us over 80 days.
* We charge 55% restocking fee if customer return product back to us over 100 days.
* We charge 65% restocking fee if customer return product back to us over 120 days.
* We charge 75% restocking fee if customer return product back to us over 140 days.

(6) Refund and Replacement:
* We charge 10% restocking fee if customer return between 15-30 days.
* We only do (5)Store Credit for return orders over 30 days.
* You can ask for replacement for one time within 90 days.
* You can return the product for replacement to the producer over 90 days but within one year.

(7) Typographical and Listing Errors:
At xtreamgadgets.com , we strive to maintain as accurate and specific website as possible through our product listings and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that all content, pricing or specifications are always current and complete. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical information, technical or other error, xtreamgadgets.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for that product.

(8) Returns:
1.All Returns must include our Merchandise Return Form, which can be obtained by Clicking Here.
2.Please fill out the form and return it with your package to the address listed at the bottom of the form.
3.Replacements will be processed in 24 - 48 hours, may or may not ship within 1 week depending on market availability.
4.We do not accept local drop offs.
